Amazing Day Trip to Tumpak Sewu with Excellent Service from Doni & Hendra 🌿🚗

点评：We had an amazing experience with our driver, Hendra, during our trip from Malang to Tumpak Sewu Waterfall. Everything was organized perfectly by Doni, who arranged the whole trip for us on very short notice — we only contacted him the day before! The communication was quick, easy, and very professional.
Hendra picked us up directly from our hotel and made us feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning. He drove us to Tumpak Sewu, waited while we explored the waterfall and visited Goa Tetes, and then picked us up again afterwards without any hassle. After that, he even brought us to another beautiful waterfall before driving us back to the hotel. Along the way, he kindly made an extra stop at a shop so my boyfriend could buy beer, which is not always easy to find in Indonesia — a small gesture that we really appreciated!
What impressed us most was how calm and professional Hendra was in the heavy traffic both in the morning and evening. He drove very safely the entire day, and we always felt relaxed and well taken care of. He was also very friendly and taught us a few Indonesian words during the drive.
We highly recommend Doni and Hendra to anyone visiting East Java who wants a safe, smooth, and enjoyable trip. Thank you again for making our day so special — terima kasih! 😊
