Disna’s knowledge of spices, vegetables and endemic produce of Sri Lanka is extensive and her gentle tone accompanied with patience, makes for a really delightful experience.
I attend classes in all countries I visit to garner knowledge, appreciate culture and enjoy food more. All of this was here at The Spice Spoon!
We enjoyed tuna curry, moringa curry, dhal, rice, sambal, pumpkin curry and wing bean salad.
Take a moment after your meal in her store and look out for her personalised spice mixes.
