点评：It is absolutely baffling how a divorce can affect your clients as well. I've never been so thrown off by an establishment like this one. Not only did they change my membership to Lakewood Ranch location, but they also didn't give me all my money back. l asked multiple times for the owner to call me and I was given the runaround. I signed up at the UTC location years ago and because of the owners divorce they had to split the spas. I was asked which spal'd like to be at and obviously I said UTC because that's where I go. I have called so many times and nothing has been done. I have screenshots of every single time as well. The owner Karen had no right switching my membership to Lakewood Ranch. She was clearly wrong and she charged me five months of my membership without my consent and when I went to UTC to get my hair done, they said I wasn't a member and that my membership was in Lakewood Ranch all of a sudden. So that five months of membership I had to beg to get back because they couldn't switch my funds to UTC. She did end up refunding me three months, but when I asked for the other two months, I was told I can use those credits for service at the Lakewood Ranch, location.... My question is, why would I want to go to an establishment that stole my money and treated me poorly? Do you think it is fair to the employees I religiously get service from at the UTC location? I am comfortable with who I have. They know my hair they know my skin, etc. I have been there since the beginning. In reality, this is her screwup and she should be paying me all of my money back. So much for being a girls girl, huh?
