An Unforgettable Nile Cruise with Exceptional Service

点评：Our 7-day Nile cruise with Farah Cruises was truly a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Waheed Shaban at reception, who always greeted us with a warm smile and was ready to assist with any questions we had.
The housekeeping team did an outstanding job. Our room was spotless and serviced twice a day with great attention to detail. When I asked for an extra pillow, they went above and beyond to find the perfect one—such a thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed.
The onboard experience was elevated by the wonderful food and beverage team. Ahmed, the Food & Beverage Manager, is truly exceptional—he embodies the elegance and attentiveness of a bygone era of grand hotels. You can easily imagine him overseeing a classic luxury hotel in the 1920s. Together with his fantastic team—Waled, El Nouby, Ahmed Ramadan, and many other kind team members I wish I could name individually—every meal and interaction felt special. No request was ever too much. A special mention also to Tito and Abdallah Ahmed on the top deck for their excellent and attentive service and for always making sure we stayed hydrated.
We also spent time at the spa and had several treatments with Madonna, who is such a kind and gentle soul. Her massages were outstanding—she intuitively knew exactly where to focus to relieve tension. We also enjoyed the sauna, especially in the evenings when it got a bit chilly.
Our kids absolutely loved the cooking class—it was such a fun and memorable experience for them and a wonderful addition to the trip.
All in all, this was a truly memorable journey, made special by the incredible staff and thoughtful details throughout.
