Great fun experience for kids, food poor

点评：Staff on Jet2 were great, played games
We arrived in Lapland 1330 & got to Luosto at 5.30, delay at airport getting thru passport control & sitting on coach waiting for ‘our slot’ (an hour & a half) far too long for small kids. Cabins were warm, bathrooms clean but rest cabin debris & dust. No logs for fire after first day 😳. Food terrible, first night I went to get food at Tundra & only 2 tiny pieces chicken left, lukewarm fries, cold pasta & bread, pasta for lunch x 2 days, one plain pasta & one with chicken 😱, where was the kids food?
We ate out in evenings as food so poor, the Fox restaurant was great, staff wonderful. Went to one restaurant attached to supermarket that looked really nice BUT waiter very rude to us, we left after mains after I had a word with him & asked him to apologise to us all for his behaviour.
The kids had an amazing time and we enjoyed it because of that. The characters were brilliant, loved Wendy Wood.
