卫城（阿克罗波利斯）的点评
点评：The Acropolis was built between the 6th and 5th centuries BC. In this area (at the top of the hill overlooking Athens) are several buildings, including the famous Parthenon (an ancient temple dedicated to the goddess Athena). Views from up there towards the city of Athens are truly spectacular.
We arrived in Athens on May 12th and bought our tickets online a few days before, booking for 5:00 PM visit. This allowed us to enjoy a long and leisurely visit to the entire Acropolis, and we were even able to see the sunset (wonderful views!). There were some people, but not too many. Before it closed to the public, we were also able to see the flag-down raising ceremony.
Two moments were unforgettable: one, at the beginning of our climb to the Acropolis, when we saw the entrance and the imposing buildings that surround it; and the second, as we began to leave the Acropolis with the sun setting over the horizon. Truly beautiful and unforgettable!
