Tourist trap - ‘special offers’ for first time comers

点评：We came without a booking and were seated very quickly, so cannot complain on the waiting time. However, from the start of us ordering we felt pressured to order more than what we wanted. Myself and my partner ordered 2 cocktails that came to roughly 9600HUF (£22), and the waiter then asks us if this is our first time at the bar. He advises that they have a special offer for first timers and asked us our favourite flavour of fruit. We were unsure if we wanted to order anything else, and the waiter could tell this as we did not say ‘yes please’ to his offer. He the continues to ask us fruit flavours and then quickly walked away from our table before we could ask anymore questions. At the end of our night, we had 2 cocktails and the ‘special offer’ which ended up being 4 shots presented in a mini chest with dry ice - which came to a huge amount of 19900HUF (£46)!!! After we had paid the bill and realised the price we had been charged for a special offer that 1) we did not want to begin with and 2) had no idea what it was or how much it would be, we asked to speak with the manager. He seemed like this was a usual occurrence and looked quite tired when we were explaining what had happened. The original waiter then came over and started raising his voice at me and interrupting when I was trying to explain what had happened. In the end after asking for a partial refund and being told they can only offer me another drink, the waiter seemed to be fed up of arguing and decided to get half the amount we paid for the shots out of his ‘own wallet’ and slammed this down onto the counter. He even said ‘here is 6000 I have given you a tip aswell’, which we just laughed at as we wanted to leave as soon as we could. Will not be returning, and would reccomend if you are a tourist to be very wary when ordering here as every table of an english couple or group of friends had the same ‘special offer’ on.
翻译：我们没有预订就来了，很快就入座了，所以对等待时间没什么可抱怨的。然而，从点餐开始，我们就感觉被强迫点超出我们实际需求的东西。我和我的伴侣点了两杯鸡尾酒，总共大约9600匈牙利福林（约22英镑）。之后，服务员问我们是不是第一次来这家酒吧。他告诉我们他们有针对新顾客的特别优惠，并问我们最喜欢哪种水果。我们当时不太确定是否还要点其他东西，服务员也看出来了，因为我们没有对他的提议说“好的，谢谢”。他继续问我们喜欢哪种水果，然后在我们还没来得及问任何问题之前就匆匆离开了我们的桌子。最后，我们点了两杯鸡尾酒和所谓的“特别优惠”，结果却是四杯装在小冰盒里的烈酒——总共竟然要19900匈牙利福林（约46英镑）！！！结账后，我们才发现被收取了一笔费用，这笔费用是针对一项我们一开始就没想要、也不知道具体内容和价格的“特价优惠”收取的。于是我们要求见经理。经理似乎对此习以为常，在我们解释事情经过时显得很疲惫。这时，之前那位服务员走了过来，开始对我大声呵斥，并在我解释时不断打断我。最后，在我们要求部分退款，但被告知只能再给我一杯饮料后，那位服务员似乎已经厌倦了争论，竟然从自己的“钱包”里掏出我们付的酒钱的一半，然后把钱包重重地摔在柜台上。他甚至还说：“这是6000，我还给了你们小费。”我们当时只想赶紧离开，所以只是笑了笑。不会再来了，如果你是游客，我建议你在这里点餐时要非常小心，因为每桌英国情侣或朋友都享受着同样的“特价优惠”。
