点评：This was my second time touring with Joshua, and once again he exceeded all expectations. A couple of years ago, I joined Joshua with my friend for the Trip to Whisky Experience at The James Sedgwick Distillery, which was an outstanding experience. Because of that, when we returned to Franschhoek, there was no question about who to contact — Joshua was the obvious choice.
As a repeat customer, I can honestly say that Joshua delivers consistently high-quality, personalized experiences. He is knowledgeable, relaxed, professional, and genuinely passionate about what he does, making the entire day feel effortless and perfectly balanced.
The day started exactly the way we hoped, with a morning visit to Stony Brook Vineyards, a place we specifically wanted to see. After that, we gave Joshua free hands to design the rest of the day — and that turned out to be the perfect decision.
Our next stop was a surprise visit to Old Road Distillery, which we absolutely loved. I enjoyed a brandy tasting, while my wife went next door for a wine tasting at Backsberg — a great example of how Joshua tailors the experience to individual preferences. From there we continued to Leeu Passant Winery for another excellent tasting.
Later, we enjoyed lunch and a beer tasting at The Franschhoek Beer Company, which was a fun and relaxed change of pace, before finishing the day with a final wine tasting at La Motte. The flow of the day was perfect — well planned but never rushed.
