点评：Disappointing Cleanliness and Service at the Waterpark Resort
I was really looking forward to our stay, but the housekeeping situation was a big letdown. The rooms aren’t cleaned until the third night, which means you’re basically on your own for most of your stay. You have to empty your own garbage, and during our visit, the hallways were full of overflowing trash bags from multiple rooms — not exactly what you want to see on vacation.
For the price and the resort’s reputation, I expected much better upkeep and cleanliness. The waterpark itself might be fine, but the lack of basic service and sanitation made the overall experience pretty disappointing. Unless they make serious improvements to housekeeping, I wouldn’t stay here again.
I have 3 children and I asked them if they can change one of our bedsheets as my son puke overnight. 2 of my kids still nap and I tried to explain this to them. They said housekeeping starts 9:30-5. I called at 8 the first time. By 11, I called them to say we are leaving the room and might be back by 1pm. We came back 1:30, room still not clean. The manager told me he can give the sheets to change the bed myself. Mind you, we’ve been emptying garbages every day.
