1 Star — An Absolute Waste of Money and a Deeply Disappointing Experience
The Kartrite Indoor Waterpark的点评
点评：My family stayed at The Kartrite in January 2026 for what we hoped would be a fun one‑night getaway. Instead, it was a complete waste of money and one of the most frustrating resort experiences we’ve ever had.
We arrived early, checked into our cabana, and headed straight to the water park so the kids could enjoy the attractions. Shockingly, the children’s water play area was closed. Not only that — the lazy river and two major raft rides were also closed. With most of the water park shut down, there was essentially nothing for the kids to do.
We figured we’d try the arcade area, since it includes rock climbing and a ropes course. To our disbelief, both of those were closed for the day too. At this point, the only thing left to do was sit in the hotel room — not exactly what we paid a premium to be there for.
When it came time for dinner, the restaurant near the arcade was closed for renovations. No warning, no alternative options provided. We ended up at the more expensive restaurant, where the food was not only overpriced but also terrible.
The next morning we tried the water park again, hoping maybe things would be up and running. Within an hour or two of opening, the kids’ play area and the lazy river were once again shut down. That was it for us — we packed up and went home early, with two upset kids and a stay that felt like a total scam.
I’ve emailed and called multiple times to share these concerns, and a week later I still haven’t heard a single word back. The lack of customer service is just the final insult.
Save your money. Save your time. The Kartrite is absolutely not worth it.
