I booked with Andro 5 months out with an agreed itinerary. We were on a cruise with Bar as a port stop
The day before we arrive in Bar I whatsapp Andro confirming where to meet the next day. He asked for me to remind him of the planned/agreed itinerary. Not a good sign! So I sent him what we agreed on 5 months earlier and his reply it's very risky to do that route tomorrow due to heavy traffic last couple of days. Why wss I not notified then of the congestion. I strongly believe it was his excuse since I talked to others who did a tour to Kotor and surrounding with no issues, no traffic congestions. All the sites we were going to see was in the Bar area and not that we are travelling to Kotor. But then if the traffic was so congested why did he recommend going Budva - Sveti Stefan viewpoint?
I have travelled a lot over 20 some years with great tours with great companies and THIS IS NOT THE ONE!!

就在我们抵达巴尔的前一天，我通过WhatsApp联系Andro，确认第二天的碰面地点。他让我提醒他一下事先商定好的行程安排。这可不是个好兆头！于是我把5个月前我们达成的协议发给了他，而他的回复是：由于最近几天交通极为拥堵，明天走那条路线风险很大。为什么当时没有人通知我会有交通拥堵的情况呢？我坚信这就是他的借口，因为我询问过其他去过科托尔及周边地区旅游的人，他们都没有遇到任何问题，也没有遇到交通拥堵。我们打算参观的所有景点都在巴尔地区，又不是要去科托尔。不过，如果交通真的如此拥堵，他为什么还推荐我们去布德瓦的斯韦蒂·斯特凡观景台呢？
二十多年来我旅行过很多次，也参加过很多优秀旅行社组织的精彩旅游团，但这次绝对不是其中之一！！
