Cumberland Island Ferry的点评
点评：Our Lands and Legacies guide, Bill, ushered us through 5 1/2 hours of miles and history in what felt like two. Easy relating of history with levity, personal stories, telling us what to expect, and suggesting photos with his skilled photographer eye, made for a familial experience. We got to see a boar that had been delivered recently to the legendary Carol’s front gate by someone before we arrived. The stories were rich and Bill was ready with answers off the cuff when asked questions. We had ample time to get out and walk around, especially at Plum Orchard. Incredible time that I would recommend again and again to anyone!
The ferry itself was peaceful. Uneventful and perfect. Wonderful crew welcoming us on and off the boat without irritation when we made a mistake on which dock to exit for the tour. Price for the ferry was more than expected so visits won’t be very often for me, but it was a 45 min ride each way with multiple pleasant crew members. I’m sure fuel isn’t cheap, so it was likely a reasonable price with all things considered! If you’re on the fence, do it!!! Well worth the time and money at least once!

渡轮航行过程十分平静，毫无波折，堪称完美。当我们搞错了下船后前往游览地点的码头时，热情的船员们也毫无不耐烦之色，依然友好地迎接我们上下船。虽然渡轮票价比预期要高，所以我可能不会经常乘坐，但每次往返都要花45分钟，而且沿途还能遇到很多友善的船员，体验还是相当不错的。我敢肯定燃料价格不便宜，所以综合考虑下来这个价格应该算是合理了！如果你还在犹豫，那就果断行动吧！！！至少体验一次绝对物超所值、值得花时间和金钱！
