Worst Family Experience at Boulevard World
Riyadh Season Boulevard的点评
点评：If you are looking for leisure and peace with your family, choose other places in Riyadh that truly value well-being and customer respect. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience we’ve had in Riyadh. The park is poorly managed, disorganized, and focused solely on taking money from visitors.
1️⃣ Double charging: The entry ticket only grants access to the venue. To participate in any rides or attractions, you must pay again for everything.
2️⃣Deceptive and pushy sales: “Turkish” ice cream vendors hand ice creams directly to children without parents’ consent, then demand payment—25 SAR per cone for a poor-quality product. Many families fall for this trap and are forced to pay.
3️⃣Lack of consistency and refund denial: We paid 160 SAR for the Water Coaster ride so our daughters could enjoy it. One of them was later denied entry due to height, even though other children of the same height were allowed, showing the lack of consistency and safety standards.
Despite the staff’s mistake, they refused to refund the money, and the manager even laughed at the situation, offering no solution. When we began warning other visitors about what happened, did she show concern about the potential impact on social media, revealing that the park fears more about its image than about fairness or customer respect.
4️⃣Physical aggression: As we were leaving peacefully, a security guard pushed my husband out of the park. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and aggressive behavior.
Boulevard World seems focused only on easy profit and poor ethics, not on providing families with safe, enjoyable leisure time. We never imagined that we would be deceived and that our money would be withheld without being able to enjoy the park as planned with our children.
