点评：EXCELLENT!
I was skeptic at first when I had to pay upfront for my scheduled trips however that was gone when Jessica sent me a snapshot of the of their business card identifying the driver, vehicle and plate number within a minute of receipt of payment. We had so many delays with our flight I was positive our ride would not be there when we landed. But surprise Luiz is up front waiting for us.
Same issue coming of our Virgin Cruise disembarkation was a disaster. It took us over 1 hour just to get off the ship. I was in direct contact with Puerto Rico Taxi and Tours and they responded immediately . Surprise Luiz standing right there to pickup up.
I highly recommend this company, excellent communication, very good rates, professional and their vehicle extremely clean.
