点评：On 31 Jul 25 my wife and I decided to book a Sunny Liston Tours Shopping, Sightseeing and Beach Tour for us both on 28 Feb 2026 at 11.30am. Our Princess cruise is scheduled to arrive in St Thomas at 10.00 am on that day. Their tour sounded great. We paid them directly in full. We received our confirmed reservation by return. We were looking forward to it. Out of the blue, on 27 Dec 25, Sunny Liston Tours emailed to say that according to their schedule our ship was due to arrive at 9.00am, not 10.00am, and we should meet their driver a half hour after ship arrival. “Please do not come down at 11.30am because the tour will be gone already”. I checked with Princess and they advised me (both verbally and in writing) that this was wrong, there had been no change to our schedule and the ship would be arriving at 10.00am. I forwarded the Princess confirmation to Sunny Liston Tours and requested a definite pick up time. Their response was “ Our schedule shows the ship arriving at 9.00am. Whenever the ship arrives, you will meet the driver a half hour after ship arrival.” Then, “To clarify everything if your ship arrives before 9.00am you meet the driver at 9.00am, if the ship arrives after 9.00am you can meet your driver a half hour after ship arrival”. Anyone who has been on a cruise before knows that you are not allowed off the ship the moment it docks, equally there are often queues to do so. We had no alternative but to cancel. They held on to our money for almost five months before they reneged on our confirmed reservation. That is no way to conduct any business. How many others are they doing this to? Do not allow yourself to suffer the same fate.
