点评:I was surprised with how bad this is. I cannot believe they actually charge for it. The first bit starts well, you get given a bread stick and the staff dips it in the fondue for you. But it is down hill from there.
There is one room with very brief history on the company. The other section and you get to go into the factory and watch a very small section.
Firstly there are stairs and no lift, so not at all accessible to someone with a physical disability incapable of stairs (and they could
easily add a lift, so either lack of thought or lack of desire to be accessible).
You walk along a walk way above the factoy and this seemed like it would be good, but only one section was producing chocolate, you saw the chocolate already made, go into a machine and come out packaged. That is it!! So you do not actually see anything being made or see it actually being packaged.
Then you go back into the first room and go into the small shop.
No imagination, flair, creativity, thought or inclusion. It seems like an afterthought ‘oh other places are doing a musuem, so maybe we can do, charge too much, and make a bit of money.’
I really wish we had not wasted our time or money here.
