点评:I placed an order on 14th April. No where on the website did they say it was delayed, pre order or a backorder. Email confirmation stated 6-10days delivery - this wasnt the case almost 6 weeks later I am still waiting. If there had been a mistake on the website, it would be customer focused to email and explain its on back order. Do you still want the item or would you like a refund.
I emailed twice. There has been no apology or accountability for the mistake which is frustrating. The second email informed me they didnt have it in stock, and it was backorder. If I knew this was the case on purchase I wouldn't have bought the product. I see they have atleast had the decency to change it on their website.
I was missold and lied to as a customer. I think I am in disbelief at the lack of accountability, apology or resolve.
I also asked to have a copy of their complaints procedure as I think this is really poor, but yet this also hasn't arrived and as an avid games player I honestly will never buy from ZATU games nor recommend them.
I am awaiting a full refund.
Avoid buying from this place and support your local games shop.
