Worth a walk around, larger Market open on Saturdays

点评：Wednesday 15th October we visited the City of Lagos on the southern Portugal's Algarve region.
As we walked around exploring we came across this Market along Avenida dos Descobrimentos in the centre of the City.
The Market opens twice a week on Saturdays
from 7:00 to 14:00 and on Wednesdays from 16.00 to 20.00.
The Wednesday market is the smaller one of the two selling organic produce including fruits, vegetables, honey, dried fruits and crafts.
While the Saturday one is much bigger a sells a wider range of goods which includes live chickens, homemade bread, sweets as well as the fruit and vegetables.
As we walked around the stalls filled with fresh vegetables, nuts, honey and other products we noticed that there was a lot of empty spaces. We assumed that these would be filled for the larger Saturday market.
It was worth a quick look around, however Saturday might be the better day to visit.
