Good package deal- Fire and Ice

点评：We booked the package deal of Spa day pass, Fire and Ice and a massage treatment. All staff were friendly and helpful and we had a quick tour to show us around. The spa is clean and calming with a good atmosphere.
The fire and ice was amazing. We were able to use this as much as we wanted and come/go- though I am unsure if this is always the case. The woman at the start of this was very helpful and explained the area to us.
The ‘main’ area is lacking. The main pool was chilly and not very impressive, and was inaccessible for people with mobility issues due to the ladders rather than built in stairs. One of the whirlpools was also out of order.
Lunch was good quality and a decent portion for a lunch. Dessert was okay.
The massage treatment and facial was amazing. Sam was very informative and paid attention to my focus areas. The facial was lovely.
