Terrible experience with unprofessional staff

点评：We visited on Sunday night for our son’s 25th birthday celebration. Group of 8 playing plus 2 spectators. Night started off great. We waited 10min for our 2 bowling alleys then we started our games. Very happy our group was placed together.
During our game we ordered many drinks and a few snacks.
Then 1/3 of the way through our second round the bowling balls stopped returning. We inquired with the staff and we were informed the machine had malfunctioned on our lanes.
They offered us a free round of mini putt or laser tag, or a lengthy wait until 8pm to continue our 2nd round on another lane.
We opted for free games of pool on 2 pool tables as we had one minor who had to vacate the premises at 8pm due to age restrictions after this time, which they obliged.
Then during our 2nd game of pool we were informed one of the pool tables had been booked so we were to play on one pool table.
Unfortunately during our game there was an altercation with a female on the other pool table who complained after my partner accidentally stepped on her foot as he did not see her behind him. I said sorry to her as he didn’t see her, but that wasn’t enough she wanted my partner to be more sincere in his apology to her.
Then my daughter went to have a shot and once again this privileged female expected my daughter to let her take her shot first as they were crossing paths. I explained my daughter was there first, that she wait for her to have her shot, then she can follow. She started complaining more after which words were exchanged.
She proceeded to walk off and complained to the manager. Upon talking with the female the manager in no way attempted to talk to us so we could explain our side of the story, she pretty much believed the female and told one of her staff to ask us to leave. How absolutely weak and unprofessional. We had spent a lot of money in that establishment yet that counted for nothing. We were in no way rude or disrespectful to the female and her partner, nor did we curse as she said we had done. We simply argued our point as she did hers. We did not deserve to be removed. We strongly believe the manager was a racist and her actions proved this. Absolutely disgusting and what ended up being an absolute shambles of a night.
May I add the tables we were seated at was dirty and full of empty beer glasses and serving dishes. It was not cleaned and cleared until 30-40 min after we were seated. Gross!!
We will never return to this establishment and do not recommend.

然而在我们进行第二局台球时，工作人员告知我们其中一张台球桌已被预订，因此我们只能在一张台球桌上继续游戏。不幸的是，在我们打球期间，与另一张台子上的一个女子发生了争执。我的搭档没注意到身后有她，不小心踩到了她的脚，于是她便抱怨起来。我替搭档向她道歉，毕竟他确实没看见她，但这仍无法满足她——她要求我的搭档以更诚恳的态度向她道歉。
接着我女儿也上场击球，可这位自以为高人一等的女子竟然要求我女儿让她先打，就因为她们的击球路线有交集。我解释说我的女儿先到的，让她等女儿打完疫苗后再进去。之后她开始抱怨，我们也随之发生了争执。接着她转身离开，并向经理投诉。经理与那名女子交谈时，根本没试图与我们沟通以听取我们的说法；她几乎完全相信了那名女子的话，还吩咐手下员工让我们离开。真是软弱又不专业至极。我们在那家店花了不少钱，但这些都毫无用处。我们绝对没有对那位女子及其伴侣无礼或不尊重，也没有像她所说的那样骂人。我们只是陈述了自己的观点，而她也陈述了她的观点而已。我们根本不该被赶走。我们坚信那位经理存在种族歧视，她的行为也证明了这一点。简直令人作呕，那个晚上最终变成了一场彻底的混乱。我们入座后发现桌子很脏，上面满是空啤酒杯和餐盘。直到我们坐下30到40分钟后，桌子才被清理干净。太恶心了！！
我们绝对不会再光顾这家店，也不推荐大家去。
