点评：**A great bonded warehouse tour with an excellent guide**
I joined the “Bonded Tour with Chocolate Pairing” at Tullibardine Distillery and overall had a very enjoyable experience.
One of the highlights was getting to see whisky being drawn directly from a cask in the warehouse, which is something you do not often get to see during a distillery visit. I also had the chance to taste some of the whisky, and it was excellent.
Our guide, **Ian**, was fantastic. He was very friendly, patient and gave detailed explanations throughout the tour. He had even prepared some written information in Chinese for me, which was a very thoughtful touch and something I really appreciated.
There was a small and quite funny misunderstanding during the tour. I was trying to ask Ian about the meaning of a few English words he had used, but I think he understood it as me being unsure about the whisky-making process and started explaining the production process again. The Scottish accent probably did not make things any easier for me either! However, Ian was extremely patient throughout.
The only part that could be improved was the tasting. Considering this was the “Bonded Tour with Chocolate Pairing”, I felt the pours were a little small. I would also have preferred the warehouse experience to include a more substantial tasting directly connected to the cask or warehouse visit, rather than finishing with some of the standard range at the bar. A slightly more generous or distinctive warehouse tasting would have made the experience feel more special for the £42 price.
It was a very good visit. The opportunity to see whisky drawn from the cask was memorable, and Ian's patience, enthusiasm and detailed explanations made the tour particularly enjoyable.

唯一可以改进的地方就是品鉴环节。既然这是一场“带巧克力配对的威士忌品鉴之旅”，我觉得每次倒出的酒量有点偏少。我还希望能在这次仓库之旅中加入与酒桶或仓库参观内容直接相关的、更为丰盛的品鉴环节，而不是最后只在吧台上品尝一些常规款型的威士忌。以42英镑的价格来计算，如果仓库品鉴环节能更慷慨一些或更具特色，整个体验肯定会显得更加特别。
这是一次非常愉快的参观体验。能亲眼看到威士忌从酒桶中倒出实在令人难忘，而伊恩的耐心、热情以及细致入微的讲解更是让整个游览过程乐趣无穷。
