After that, Nancy, our trip organiser, took over and was just as impressive. She was helpful, responsive, and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. From confirming transfers to suggesting activities, Nancy made our trip feel easy and well-coordinated.
Both Mei and Nancy provided excellent guidance throughout the entire journey, and their support allowed us to relax and enjoy Vietnam without worrying about the details. Every arrangement—from hotels to tours—was well organised and met our expectations.
