Overpriced with bluntly speaking staff

点评：I give it three stars for the role play section upstairs and the soft play downstairs, these are good. My child has enjoyed there, but has often encountered rough kids whose parents (as other reviewers write too) don't pay any attention or almost close their eyes on their child's misbehaviours.
We are also put off by the staff being very blunt with little kids. My child needed an extra 30 seconds to finish something in the role play area when the staff bluntly told the child at 4:30pm, to go downstairs as they had closed at 4:30pm :/.
They did the same again downstairs. I really hope they can train their staff to suit better to the venue they are in.
I also find them overpriced, although they keep arguing they are cheaper than other options around. With short span of time they have increased their price to £14.50, argument is it is not time bound. And they charge even more during term breaks. One can get an annual pass for the museum in near about that price for unlimited visits!
