Neiman Marcus – A Shocking Lack of Service
On the other end of the spectrum, my experience at Neiman Marcus was deeply disappointing. I have been a loyal Neiman Marcus customer for over 25 years, and this visit was, by far, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. In fact, it was a complete lack of service. It is genuinely shocking that a storied luxury institution would allow its standards to fall this low, especially when surrounded by competitors who are clearly outperforming them in basic professionalism.
