点评：We loved our tour with HillTribe. It was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. We would highly recommend for anyone who wishes to understand northern Thailand in an authentic way.
It was amazing to have a guide, with us throughout, who was from a hilltribe community and was able to share such in-depth knowledge. It was great to be driven in a comfortable vehicle by such a considerate driver, we were concerned about the driving due to car sickness but found this was not an issue probably because our driver considered this whilst in the hills. The guide and driver managed to fit in such a variety of experiences into this trip, we saw so much.
We were educated on both the history and the current challenges facing different tribes in this area.
We loved both of our home stay experiences. There’s nothing to beat learning to cook with these families and eating around the fire, the meals were all really delicious and their hospitality was touching.
We also benefitted from the knowledge and hospitality of the local guides who were passionate to share their villages with us.
This memory will live with us forever and should not be missed. We’re so glad that we put our trust into this local company as they delivered beyond our expectations and represented amazing value for money for the experience gained.
