点评：I've been trying to book this pass for Singapore for the past 3 days.
1st attempt - my dad tried to book through his email and a card on his name. He was told to wait for a confirmation that never arrived and then told the amount would be refunded. Still not refunded.
2nd attempt - I tried with my account and was told the same thing and that I used some details not on my card. I use these details for all my purchases and have never had this issue before.
3rd attempt - I used my supposedly correct details and voila I wasn't even sent an order no. No other company doesn't even send a confirmation email. I double checked I entered the email correctly and they have the audacity to send me a promotional email. I contacted the chat bot for help, well well well I need an order number for checking my status or even speaking to an agent. Finally somehow got onto an agent. "Oh please wait 3-4 hrs for a verification email" (I had already waited this long). "Oh please wait another 3-4 hrs" (nothing arrived). Try to chat again to an agent this stupid chatbot won't let me, finally get on and in a queue that doesn't even change. These are fraudulent activities and I wouldn't recommend booking from this also saw on some other reviews that the pass isn't very convenient either.
