点评：What an incredible experience from start to finish!
Even before booking, the Cairns Canyoning team was fantastic. I had a few questions about which canyoning tour would suit us best, and they were extremely helpful in explaining the different options. Their communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how easy they made the whole enquiry and booking process.
Now, the actual tour… WOW! SOOOOO GOOD! Honestly, 11/10!
First of all, a HUGE shoutout to our amazing guides, Dom and Max! What absolute legends!
From the moment we were picked up at the terminal, they made us feel so welcome. Dom has such a great personality and knows exactly how to bring positive energy to the group. He kept everyone laughing, excited and relaxed, especially those who were feeling a little nervous about canyoning.
The equipment was in excellent condition, looked new and was well maintained. Even the sizing was spot on, which made everything comfortable. Dom’s safety briefing was the perfect mix of entertaining and informative, making sure we understood everything without making it feel overwhelming.
Throughout the adventure, Dom and Max were incredibly professional, patient and supportive. You could genuinely tell that they cared about everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
One thing that really stood out was how well they looked after people with different abilities. Someone in our group needed a little more time to make it to the top, and both guides were so patient and encouraging, helping as much as they could without making anyone feel rushed. They also made little adjustments to certain activities depending on people’s confidence and abilities, which I thought was fantastic.
It’s not just about getting everyone through the canyon, they really made sure everyone could enjoy the adventure and feel a sense of achievement!
They also managed to capture some awesome photos along the way, giving us some wonderful memories to take home.
A massive thank you to the entire Cairns Canyoning team, especially Dom and Max, for making this such a special day. It’s honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had, and definitely a memory I’ll be talking about for a long time!
To anyone considering canyoning in Cairns, I couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Whether you’re adventurous or a little nervous about trying something new, you’re in great hands!
