Fabulous Buses & Tours, Inc的点评
点评：Was perfect on our trip until one night we were heading back to our hotel from Epcot. We ran out of the gates to be on time for our bus. It said they run 40 mins after the hour and we got their at 9:30 and the driver in the spot listed for us to meet at told us that the bus was for a private party and said the fabulous buses are over in a different spot. We all walk over there to the different spot and wait til 9:45 and nothing. We head back to the original spot when we see another fabulous bus pull up and they all tell us the bus we were supposed to take left at 9:40 and we were supposed to be there earlier. When we told them that the man there before told us that it was for a private party and told us to go somewhere else. They said “well I’m not going to argue with you”. Absolutely terrible experience. So many other passengers were told to go to a different place and they showed no empathy when we told them about the situation. I would understand if it was just us who messed up but multiple other families were told to go somewhere else and we were all confused when our bus didn’t come for us. We were not willing to wait another hour and just ubered home but these type of experiences are what make people not want to come back.
翻译：这次旅行原本一切都很完美，直到有一天晚上我们从Epcot返回酒店。为了赶上巴士，我们一路小跑冲出大门。巴士的发车时间是每小时的40分钟，我们9:30就到了，结果在指定地点等候的司机告诉我们，这辆巴士是为私人派对准备的，Facility Buses巴士停在另一个地方。我们只好走到那个地方，一直等到9:45，结果什么也没等到。我们只好返回原来的地点，这时看到另一辆Facility Buses巴士开了过来，车上的司机告诉我们，我们原本应该乘坐的巴士9:40就开走了，我们应该更早到达。当我们告诉他们之前那个司机说巴士是为私人派对准备的，让我们去别的地方时，他们竟然说“好吧，我懒得跟你争论”。真是糟糕透了。很多其他乘客也被告知要去别的地方，当我们跟他们解释情况时，他们却毫无同情心。如果只有我们一家人搞砸了，我还能理解，但其他好几家人都被告知要去别的地方，我们的巴士没来接我们，大家都一头雾水。我们不想再等一个小时，就叫了辆优步回家了，但正是这种糟糕的经历让人们不想再来。
