Madeira Botanical Garden的点评
点评：My family and I love a good Botanical Garden, so when we saw there was one in Madeira it was one of the first things we added to our itinerary. We did the whole shebang - the whole shebang being four cable car rides (two up and two down) and the Botanic Garden itself which came to €172 (€43 per adult). We bought our tickets on the day to get the combination ticket. Despite the size of the queue, it didn't seem too long before we were on the first cable car.
The four of us were awkwardly sat between two couples, but the ride was enjoyable nonetheless, with impressive views and nice air flow thanks to the open windows. We also got the awkwardness of having our photo taken once we were all on...
After that we took the next cable car to the Botanical Garden which was a lot quieter, so we got a cable car to ourselves.
Before exploring the actual gardens, we sat down and had a drink at the little café which was nice. There was a lovely view, and lots of lizards, as well as a gift shop with a good range of fridge magnets.
The gardens themselves were rather pleasant, can't say they were the best botanical gardens I've ever been to, but I'd say they're worth a visit. There was a good range of plants from succulents and cacti, to tree ferns and orchids, to rudbeckias and water lilies. There was also a cool little greenhouse bit, and lots of viewpoints (most of which seemed to be of the main road but were still cool).
Overall, it made for a lovely little day out (we spent maybe a couple hours looking round the gardens), but there were a couple of steep bits (in typical Madeira fashion) which required a little extra effort. I would recommend getting the cable cars.

园林本身相当宜人——虽说算不上我见过最棒的植物园，但我认为值得一游。园内植物种类丰富，从多肉植物和仙人掌，到树蕨与兰花，再到金光菊和睡莲应有尽有。还有一个很不错的小温室，以及许多观景台（虽然大多数能看到主路，但依然挺有意思的）。
总的来说，……这一天过得真愉快（我们花了大概两个小时来游览花园），不过有几处坡度较陡的地方（典型的马德拉风格），需要多费些力气才能爬上去。我建议乘坐缆车哦。
