点评:Our family of 4 had a delightful morning with Paola learning to make Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Pesto and Tiramisu in her home near La Spezia. She is a patient and wonderful teacher. Massimo and Paola are warm and kind. They made us feel like family. The food was absolutely delicious. I emailed Paola that two of use were gluten free. I didn't want her to be offended that two of us would not be eating the food. She surprised us with gluten free pasta to eat with the pesto. She also made sure the Tiramisu was made gluten free. My son was so grateful to be able to not only participate in the cooking experience but also share in tasting the food we prepared. We left with a warm heart and a full belly. We will definitely make these recipes at home. If you are in the center of La Spezia, it is a 15 minute cab ride. Massimo drove us back. We really appreciate the ride.
