点评：We have been very pleased with Balkan Chauffeur's service. We have used them multiple times over the past year in Sarajevo, Mostar, and for airport transfers, and every experience has been excellent.
The drivers have always been polite, friendly, and professional. Their vehicles are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication is clear and responsive, and pricing is explained upfront with no surprises. We also found their rates to be very reasonable for the quality of service provided.
We especially appreciated the care they took to accommodate our children's safety on longer journeys by providing suitable car seats, which gave us peace of mind while travelling as a family.
They have been reliable and easy to work with throughout our trip, and we have been happy every time we have used them. We would gladly recommend Balkan Chauffeur to anyone visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina.
