点评：After a long, exhausting flight from the US, our two-hour transfer from Sofia to Bansko on February 18th was an absolute breath of fresh air.
Balkan Chauffeur made the entire process incredibly easy. I was able to reserve everything well in advance, and the payment process was smooth and stress-free. Despite us arriving with four very large suitcases plus all of our carry-ons, the van handled our luggage with no problems at all.
What truly made the trip special, however, was our driver. He was incredibly polite and turned a standard drive into an engaging tour of the country. He chatted with us the whole way, sharing fascinating insights into Bulgarian history, real estate, and the local mountains. As an author and scientist, I particularly appreciated his knowledge of the local farming and his tips on everything from the best mineral pools to where to find a decent cup of coffee!
It was an enormously pleasant experience and the best possible start to our time here. I would 100% hire from Balkan Chauffeur again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, professional transfer.
