Long story short, we made a goof-up with our Snowdon Train tickets, buying them for the wrong date. When we reached out for help, hoping for a bit of understanding given our situation, Jenice's response was far from what we expected. Her lack of compassion and the downright rude customer service left us pretty bummed out.
To add to the frustration, Jenice asked us where we were, seemingly giving us hope that we might receive new tickets. However, after we confirmed our location, she abruptly informed us that there would be no assistance and even stopped replying to our messages.
Honestly, the whole ordeal left a bad taste in our mouths, and we wouldn't feel right recommending your services to others based on this experience.
