Fantastic Falconry & Zog Fun, but Fading Flavors

点评：It has been a few years since my last visit, and I was genuinely impressed by how much the experience has improved. The entertainment, in particular, has leveled up significantly!
The Highlights
Zog Everything: My 3-year-old was absolutely enchanted by the Zog shows at the Woodland Theatre and spent ages in the Zog-themed playground. It’s a dream for little ones.
The Falconer’s Quest: This was the absolute standout of the trip. I’ve never seen a birds of prey show quite like it. Seeing species like the Andean Condor up close was breathtaking—I have never seen anything that big fly! The proximity of the birds to the audience, combined with the smoke effects, music, and narration, created a "top-notch" immersive story.
The Room & Amenities
We stayed for one night and found the room itself to be good, but we hit a snag regarding accessibility for toddlers. The rooms are not equipped with step stools for the bathroom sink. Our children couldn't wash their hands or brush their teeth without us lifting them up. When I asked staff for one, I was told they didn't have any available. It feels like a minor oversight that Merlin could remedy very cheaply to make the stay much smoother for young families.
Dining in the Knight's Village
While the atmosphere is great, the evening food in the Knight’s Village restaurant definitely needs some work. It was clear that much of the buffet had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite some time, which really affected the quality and freshness of the meal. For the price, we were hoping for something a bit fresher.
Overall, it was a wonderful trip with fantastic entertainment—just a few small tweaks to the room amenities and food quality would make it perfect!

骑士村餐厅用餐体验
虽然氛围很棒，但骑士村餐厅的晚餐确实需要改进。很明显，自助餐的大部分菜品已经在保温灯下放了很久，这严重影响了食物的品质和新鲜度。考虑到价格，我们原本期待能吃到更新鲜的食物。
总的来说，这是一次很棒的旅行，娱乐活动也很精彩——如果房间设施和食物质量能稍作改进，那就完美了！
