Overall the price doesn’t match the service / offer

The room was clean and comfortable, but it felt dated and has not been modernised to the standard one would expect at this price point. In particular, the bathroom is in need of refurbishment to meet the expectations of a contemporary luxury or boutique hotel experience.
Additionally, the television was not functioning throughout our stay, despite us reporting the issue and requesting that it be fixed. At this level of pricing, guests reasonably expect all facilities to be fully operational and unfortunately this was not the case.
Dinner
The dining experience was also disappointing. On the evening we attended, dinner was centred around an outdoor grilled-food concept. While the idea itself was appealing and the effort was appreciated, the execution fell short. Several dishes did not work well, the overall experience felt unnecessarily prolonged, and the cold weather made the setting uncomfortable.
Breakfast
The breakfast offering was underwhelming relative to the price charged. The selection lacked variety and did not feel comparable to what is typically expected from a premium wine estate or luxury hospitality venue.
Tour
The winery tour was the highlight of our stay. It was engaging, informative, and exceptionally well delivered. It stood out as the one aspect of the experience that exceeded expectations.
I travel extensively to wine regions around the world and am naturally comparing this experience with similar properties I have stayed at in Australia and South Africa. Against those benchmarks, I felt the overall offering represented only average value for the price being charged, which was disappointing given the reputation and positioning of the property.

我经常去世界各地的葡萄酒产区旅行，自然会将这次体验与我在澳大利亚和南非入住过的类似酒店进行比较。以这些标准衡量，我觉得这家酒店的整体服务与其价格相比只能算中等水平，考虑到它的声誉和定位，这令人失望。
