点评：We spent a perfect spring afternoon at Magdalen College and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Oxford. From the moment you step through the grand entrance, you’re transported into another world of history, beauty, and serenity.
The college itself is stunning, with its elegant architecture and peaceful cloisters, but the real highlight for us was the grounds. We walked around the magnificent gardens for a few hours, completely losing track of time. The paths along the River Cherwell, the deer park, and the beautiful flowerbeds were breathtaking. Every corner felt like a postcard, and the atmosphere was so calm and restorative — a genuine escape from the busier parts of Oxford.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole site is exceptionally well-maintained. Whether you’re a history lover, nature enthusiast, or simply looking for a beautiful place to wander, Magdalen College delivers in every way.
