Great experience with a family company!

点评：We looked into a few tour organisations in Huaraz and found Conchucos Explorer. We were initially drawn by the fact that it's a family company. 2 brothers (César & Hérnan) organize and hike the treks with the groups. We went to their office and had a good feeling about it.
We went on the 8day Huayhuash with them. Hérnan was our guide. The group size limit was 8 people. In their package you get a good sleeping bag, a sleeping matress, a tent for 2 people, a cook who cooks 3 meals per day (and also a snack bag+tea time at 4PM), porters and more! Because it's a smaller organisation they really try to make you feel welcomed. They even offer optional extra routes during the hike! We finished our 8 days with a warm meal at César's place, once again. They truly want you to feel welcomed and accepted.
The price point is only slightly higher than the "economic options" so if you want a smaller group with warmth and welcoming guides, don't doubt. Hérnan and César are there for you!
