My phone was stolen from inside a locker at the park

点评：We were a group of 8 people, and 3 of us had belongings stolen. Two people had their belongings stolen from the same locker, and a third person had belongings stolen from a different locker. Between us, phones, cash and jewellery were stolen. We each paid €8 to use the lockers and left our belongings inside. When we came back around 2h40 later, we discovered that our belongings had been stolen. The lockers had been closed and locked.
What was even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled by the park. We reported the thefts to staff, but there was very little assistance or concern. We were not offered any meaningful support, and the situation was treated as if it was not the park’s problem. We also found out that other visitors had had belongings stolen from lockers, including phones. Instead of helping us deal with the situation, staff even threatened to remove us from the park when we tried to warn other visitors to be careful with their belongings. We eventually had to go to the police ourselves to report the theft.
I understand that the park may not be responsible for every theft that happens on its premises, but I do expect a basic level of assistance and concern when multiple customers report that their belongings have been stolen from paid lockers.
