点评：A friend and I did the afternoon Autumn Bird Safari on Sunday 20th September and it was such a great experience. Binoculars were lent to anyone that hadn't got their own. The boat had capacity for about the same again in terms of people numbers, but because everyone would want to be on the upper (outside) deck to see the wildlife, they don't cram the boat full and everyone gets a great view. We had 3 bird experts from BoPH on board, and not only were they excellent spotters, they were also very good at describing where to look so that everyone could find the bird in question (or seal, or sika deer). We saw 4 white tailed eagles, 3 peregrine falcons, 2 marsh harriers, several osprey, one of which had a fish, along with numerous spoonbills, avocets, great white egrets, cormorants & shags, and much more. Thoroughly recommended to anyone who enjoys wildlife.
