点评:I tried purchasing the all-inclusive tickets for 2 adults and 3 children. I saved for this. I submitted the purchase and got the initial "thank you for purchasing" email. They were QUICK to take the funds from my account. 5 minutes later I received an email saying they canceled my purchase and a refund would be sent in 7-10 business days. I called them and asked why it was cancelled. They blamed my bank. I called my bank and they went over the details and in fact did not decline or block the transaction. They sent the funds and everything was fine on their end. I tried the chat feature and after waiting 15-20 minutes finally got a person that just said they couldn't authorize the payment. After asking how they can take the money from my account and my bank saying it was in fact authorized they can say it wasn't is beyond me. Now we are out $1200 waiting for our refund in 7-10 business days and we were supposed to go on our trip in 7 days. Can't rebook with funds we won't have now..... Even if we get the money back, I would rather pay for all the attractions separately to avoid any more possible issues.. I wish I saw more reviews before wasting my time getting losing my money.
