点评:This was, unfortunately, another perfect example of Barcelona’s overtourism.
The aquarium itself may be beautiful, but it’s simply impossible to enjoy it under these conditions. Every single tank had a crowd of people standing in front of it, often ten or more, making it difficult to see anything unless you were willing to push your way through.
The situation with strollers made things even worse. There were so many that we were constantly being bumped in the legs while trying to look at the exhibits. It would make much more sense to ask visitors to leave strollers in a designated parking area, as many museums and attractions do.
It really feels as though the priority is selling as many tickets as possible rather than providing visitors with a pleasant experience. This attraction perfectly illustrates the downside of Barcelona’s overtourism: too many people admitted at the same time, making what should be an enjoyable family visit frustrating instead.
If you decide to go, try to visit at the quietest possible time of day—but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing because of the overwhelming crowds.
