Silmee At Khaolak Tour的点评
点评：We took a tour fir the elephant visit and bamboo raft.
this was a 10 out of 10.
From the pick up in the morning,refreshments for the trip (water and soda) good comfortable transport with Ac.
During our trip our amazing guide Tony told us we would pick 2 other families. We were about 10 people total.
we started with a local market visit. Then elephant wash. We took our bathing clothes and went in the river with the friendly elephants. Tony took lots of pictures for our family.
The location had toilets and the locals offered season fruits and desserts after the experience.
then we went to a monkey temple and feed the friendly monkeys with fruits and nuts.
Tony asked if we wanted lunch or bamboo raft first. We chose bamboo. This was so relaxing. The locals helped us see the 🐍 snake in the tree, some iguanas, birds, and the view was breathtaking. We made a stop by the forest and the locals made a fire with bamboo wood and boiled some water for coffee or chocolate for the kids. The cups were made by them in the bamboo cup and bamboo spoon. (fantastic treat).
then we continued down the river. Finally we came to the lunch at a local restaurant. Chicken soup with vegetables, fried chicken and sweet and sour beef, this was with steamed white rice and it was all delicious.
It is a good idea to have some cash for gratuities who treated us with a lot of care.
We were so happy we booked a new trip to the James bond Islands +market + monkey temple (big Buda laying on cave) the next day and asked for Tony as our guide.
we would definitely recommend this guided tour.
