Poor service and poor value for money

点评：Booked 2 x tours with this company. 1st tour didn't show up to collect us. When i rang operator they panicked and asked for 10 mins. I rang back in 10 mins and they said the driver would pick us up in 20 mins. We had been waiting 50 mins at the stage. Mini bus arrived and tour guide explained that the operator had not booked us on any tour and he was from a different company doing Silmee a favour. Eventually we headed off to James Bond Island. Fantastic day. True on long boat out to the island then lunch on floating village and finished with trip to the temple and to see the wild monkeys. Class day eventually but no thanks to this touring company.
Next day we went to see the elephant sanctuary. Poor trip. Lasted 1 hr riding an elephant around a muddy field and feeding it which cost another 100baht. We we're very sad looking at this poor creature. I didn't ride the elephant and no where to sit waiting on the others. Poor trip. Bus driver had water and fresh pineapple but that was it. He asked if we wanted to stop at a restaurant on the way home? Random question. Probably to prolong the trip. Not good value for money.
