点评：My second tour of Molise with Lori was every bit as wonderful as the first—and that says a lot, since my first experience was seven years ago!
Lori has an incredible knowledge of Molise and a genuine passion for sharing this beautiful, lesser-known region of Italy. One of the highlights was the cooking lessons. They were not only fun and delicious, but Lori taught techniques and recipes in a way that will make it easy to recreate the dishes at home.
The entire tour was filled with memorable experiences. I loved revisiting the DeNucci Artisan Caseificio and tasting their wonderful cheeses, touring the Marinelli Bell Foundry, and enjoying olive oil and wine tastings. A particularly relaxing day was spent on the Tremiti Islands, including a relaxing and rejuvenating swim in the Adriatic.
And then there were the meals! We completely put ourselves in Lori’s hands at every restaurant, and somehow each meal was better than the last. Her choices introduced us to the incredible food and traditions of Molise in a way we never could have discovered on our own.
I highly recommend Molise Cuisine and Lori to anyone looking for a truly special Italian experience. If you’re searching for a hidden gem off the beaten path, Molise is unlike anywhere else—and experiencing it with Lori makes it even more unforgettable! Don't wait 7 years to return for another tour!
