Relaxed, Fun and Well-Run – A Great Day Out at The Wave

点评：This was our first visit to The Wave, and we were really impressed. The whole place has a laid-back, chilled vibe that makes it easy to spend several hours here.
We did the 'Improver Surf' session, which included all equipment (wetsuits, helmets, etc.). £70pp for an hour's session felt reasonably priced. After a quick but clear briefing, we were straight into the water. The staff were fantastic—friendly, supportive, and full of helpful tips to improve our technique.
The food menu is small but high quality—everything we had was delicious.
One thing to note: the car park is a 10-minute walk from the main entrance. It seemed a bit inconvenient at first, but it actually enhances the experience—once inside there's no traffic noise, just the peaceful sound of waves.
Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back for another surf session and to try a family splash day too!
