点评：Delightful experience, from start to finish! This tour company is an absolute gem. Our group of girlfriends signed on wanting to explore some of the best local offerings without having to organize or drive ourselves around. Right from our pickup, Mark put us at ease: we were in capable hands, and we knew we had a great afternoon in store. He's witty and charming, very personable, and the banter just kept coming! We loved hearing the local history, as well as all his personal stories that led them to opening this incredible family business (side note: we've never met a man so in love with his wife! Tina, the two of you sound like such a great team). Service was excellent. We never felt rushed, just warmly shepherded through a well-chosen series of experiences. The company reputation precedes them: it was wonderful to see such a positive rapport with the staff at each location, and we felt very well looked after. We didn't get to meet Tina in person, but all our dealings with her were very positive: she never pressured us, and was endlessly patient with all our questions and special dietary requests. We would absolutely recommend this company. A galaxy of extra stars, should we ever be able to award more than 5!
