点评:We were booked for July 9 departure when my wife was admitted to acute emergency for hospitalization on July 3. She underwent a medical procedure and was advised she could not travel for the immediate future. I notified Calgary Tours and requested a reasonable partial refund or a rescheduled itinerary. I received neither. The bus is wholly Calgary Tours, the tour guide is also theirs, the profit is definitely theirs and I am sure most hotels have at least a 48-hour cancellation policy, Tour operators carry insurance for any shortfall they might experience. Our bookings could have easily been resold in today's high demand market. I find this company highly unethical in the fact that they collected money from us for a service that we did not receive. I definitely do NOT recommend Calgary Tours. If and when Calgary Tours should come back with a reasonable partial refund, I will be more than happy to change my rating.
