Overcharged, never refunded.
Pedego Electric Bikes Poipu的点评
点评：My wife has always wanted to rent a tandem bike, and I was finally going to indulge her on our last trip to Kauai. When I called Shawn at Pedego to arrange this, he discouraged us getting a tandem and said instead he would rent us two bikes for the price of a tandem.
We got to the shop and needed to wait about 20 minutes for him to show up to open the shop to give us our bikes. He took my credit card and processed the payment without letting me see what he was charging.
We rode to Spouting Horn and I pulled up the charge on my phone and sure enough he had charged us full price for two bikes, despite the deal he offered us. I called him up and once he finally answered, I told him he overcharged me and he said he would refund the difference, but he never ever did.
This was super disappointing and really put a damper on what should have been a Fun day.
I’d recommend not renting from Pedego if you appreciate an honest proprietor and good customer service.
