Overpriced, with bored staff, and zero wifi.

点评：It’s okay, but not worth the money, at the end of the day. We've been a few times now for various birthdays. £40 for a family of four - not a brilliant saving and is a lot for what it is - a load of old machines, and many sadly broken.
Kids are bored within an hour or two. Adults have headaches and aching bones from standing or sitting on stools designed to be uncomfortable.
Second room - honestly, if you're already a family of gamers, chances are most of the offerings you already have at home, ungraded and in better condition.
The worst issue is customer service. The staff are just as bored and it shows. They're most likely not paid enough to care.
They don't offer carpark validation, so that £40 quickly turns into £60 if you have a car in the Mall car park and stay over a couple of hours.
They don't have customer WiFi and the Mall WiFi is an utter joke. While also being a total black hole for any kind of phone service.
Honestly, decent customer WiFi and a car park validation - or at least a discount on your car parking - would go a long way to making me feel good about returning. As would access to a public loo after 5pm, the Mall closes theirs and you're left crossing your legs until you get home.
