点评：We got there right when they opened. We had both looked on the website and called about pricing. We were told it would cost $49 less $6.00 per person with the coupon we had. When we arrived to pay and enter, we were charged an EXTRA 4% above that cost because we used a credit card. They told us it was on the website that it costs more if you don't use cash, but it is NOT on their website. I called to ask about that after our visit, and they admitted it is not on the website, but said they are allowed to charge a surcharge for credit cards. If we had known we could save money by paying in cash, we would have brought cash. Very unhappy that they do not make that transparent when displaying or relaying information about ticket costs. The Zoo itself was fine (lots of walking); we would just suggest that the person talking about the penguins ask people to be quiet- it was very difficult to hear him, even with his mic, because people were being very noisy and talkative while he was explaining about the penguins.
